The Development Department is responsible for providing quality services as well as providing facilities to the entire university community. It includes the provision of basic infrastructure facilities such as electricity supply, water, air conditioning system, fire prevention system, telephone, sewerage and necessities for official functions of the university.

As a result of the rapid development of the university from year to year, the services of this department have also changed and increased. Now, this department directly plans, manages, administers, monitors, coordinates and implements physical and infrastructure development projects, renovation and maintenance of university properties.
